1. What this service is

Betting Intelligence compares prices published by bookmakers and odds providers and shows research information: fair chances with margins removed, prices that differ from the market, multi prices and calculators. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold money, or place bets for you. Nothing on this site is betting, financial or other advice, and no result is guaranteed.

Prices change quickly and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price and rules with the bookmaker before you bet. When the site shows demo odds it says so clearly; demo odds are generated examples, not real prices.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Don't use the site where gambling information is unlawful for you. If you have excluded yourself from gambling (for example through BetStop), we encourage you not to use it.

3. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password safe; turn on two-factor login for extra protection. You can take a break (lock your account) or delete your account at any time from the Account tab. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

4. Fair use

Don't scrape or copy the site's data in bulk, access it with automated tools, resell it, or try to get around its security or rate limits.

5. Third parties

Odds come from licensed data providers. When you bet with a bookmaker, that bookmaker's terms apply; we are not a party to your bet.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for losses from using it, including betting losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
